Much of the work in this course is on your own. As a result, it is critical to focus on the assignments and deadlines as this will facilitate completion of the program. Self-discipline and time management are important characteristics of a successful course completer.
A final project will be due within 2 months of the last face-to-face class. This project will contribute in some substantial way to improving your work setting, your students, your clients, your colleagues, people in your community, etc., in some aspect of the career development process. This project is of your choice, but must be approved by the instructor.
